The project area is 3.0 million m2 at the south of Jeddah at Al Khomrah district

Scope Of Work:

Master planning for many areas in the city to include many kinds of the services and services buildings and infrastructure services such as:

• Roads improvements.

• Infrastucture Master plannig including storm water, Irrigations, and Street lighting.

• Fences design and Gates design.

• Services, commercial buildings, and sports fields.

• Preparation of project documentation, technical specifications and bills of quantities.

• Construction works supervision for a duration of 18 month.
